Shipping policy

Shipping rates are offered at the best rate at the time through the shipping channels that best meet our customer's needs. During the holidays the delivery times may be extended. There will be no refunds once an order has shipped.  There will also be no changes accepted to the shipping address 24 hours after an order has been placed due to order processing prior to shipping. Express and overnight shipping is available for some items as some items are not in stock at the time of order and typically ships within 2-3 days of the order being placed. If a particular item is sold out, overnight shipping fees will be refunded to the customer and shipped via regular shipping methods if agreed upon by the customer. 

Orders will still be processed and shipped within 2-3 days of being placed by the customer. Tracking numbers will be updated and emailed to the customer once the order has been shipped. If no tracking info is received within a reasonable timeframe please email info@3bginc with your order number and email address and someone will assist you within 24-48 hours.
